Gentle Iron Glycinate 28 Mg Capsules -

Iron is a necessary component of hemoglobin, the oxygen carrier in the blood and is also important for energy utilization.

Gentle Iron contains Iron Bis-Glycinate, a welltolerated form of Iron that is gentle to your system.

INGREDIENTS:

Active Ingredients:

Vitamin C 60 mg 100% (as Ascorbic Acid) ; Folic Acid 400 mcg 100% ; Vitamin B-12 8 mcg 133% (as Cyanocobalamin) ; Iron 28mg 156% (as Ferrous Bis-Glycinate).

Inactive Ingredients:

Maltodextrin, Gelatin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

DIRECTIONS:

For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

WARNINGS:

Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, optic nerve problems, gout, a blood disorder, folate or iron deficiency, anemia or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES.

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling.
