Place the eyeliner pen on a flat surface for three minutes so that the ink can colour the tip. For a natural look: using the narrow side of the brush, trace the base of upper lashes with a thin line, from the inner corner of the eye outwards. For an intense look: using the flat side of the brush, intensify the line along the base of upper lashes, from the middle of the eye outwards. For a cat’s eye look: after tracing the base of upper lashes, extend the line towards the end of the brow with the narrow side of the brush.
