HOW TO USE IT

Black Tulip Eye Treatment: Using the spatula, dip the roller directly into the treatment, sweeping gently around the eye area. Finish application by tapping pinky finger until fully absorbed. Black Tulip Facial Treatment: Using the spatula, scoop a leveled amount and apply directly to the skin in an upward motion, massaging until the color becomes clear. Apply to clean skin or on top of serum or treatment to lock in hydration and improve results.
