HOW TO USE IT

Use 1 teaspoonful (5ml) and swish for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Brush as usual without rinsing with water in between. Can be used 1-2 times per day or as needed. For first-time users or those with pre-existing periodontal conditions or gum sensitivity, dilute with water.
