Pull up the cap and spray the fragrance bottle. To use the empty refillable atomizer: 1. Remove the glass bottle within the atomizer and unscrew the cap. 2. Take the fragrance bottle and spray the desired amount. 3. Screw the cap back on and place the glass bottle back into the atomizer. 4. Take your fragrance on the go. Apply the Rouge Louboutin Lipstick with the love technique: 1. Apply the lipstick onto your lips below the cupid’s bow to define. 2.
