1. Slide knee sleeve over foot

2. Pull the sleeve up onto the knee

3. Slide opening over the kneecap

Care Instructions:

Wash by hand with warm water and mild soap. Rinse soap out well and allow to air dry.

Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.
