HOW TO USE IT
Apply KissKiss Liplift Lipstick Primer (sold separately) to smooth and prepare the lips for lipstick application. Or apply KissKiss Roselip balm (sold separately) to prepare lips and add extra hydration, then take off the excess with a tissue. Apply KissKiss Tender Matte Lipstick over primer/balm for a luminous matte finish.
