The BAPE STA’s design is based on throwback basketball shoes from the 1980s, and is one of the brand’s most coveted products. The “Black Suede” is designed as it sounds, with a black suede upper with tonal suede detailing. BAPE’s “STA” logo appears in black suede on either side of the shoe. A BAPE logo is embroidered on the lateral side of the heel. A silver BAPE lace accessory is found on the vamp. The shoe rides on a cream rubber midsole and black outsole.
